With a standard purchase on Creative Market you only get the Simple License. That does not allow you to use this photos inside e.g. a WordPress theme or a print template for sale. That's why I've created an additional Extended License for my Photo Packs. So if you want to incorporate the photos of this pack, just follow these little steps:

Purchase the Photo Pack here and download it
Open the Read-Me-File inside the downloaded item (00 Read Me - Extended License INFO)
Visit the order page (you'll find the link inside the Read-Me-File) and buy the Extended License
You then receive an eMail with your personal license key and now you're allowed to use the photos inside an unlimited number of stock items like a website or a print template, a poster for sale here on Creative Market etc. No further permission required.
