Enchanted Brush come with 475 glyphs and has given PUA unicode (specially coded fonts). The alternative characters were divided into several OpenType features such as Stylistic Alternates, Stylistic Sets, Contextual Alternates, and Ligature. The OpenType features can be accessed by using OpenType savvy programs such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop CC, and Adobe InDesign.

For office program like Pages (Mac) and Microsoft Word, you can access the alternate characters with the Fontbook and Character Map for Windows. For more detail you can follow the tutorial video:
