What you need to know:
This Pack contains 3 Photoshop actions which will work on any sized pictures:
1. Glossy Blur
2. Foggy Blur
3. Clear Blur

Double click on the action file and it will be installed in your Photoshop… Open the action window… (Window>Actions)

Open your picture and click on the action! Easy as that!

If it is too blurry then no prob! just click on the smart filter and change the intensity

of the blur to your requirements. You can also change the overall tone of the blur to your liking.
