Customizable: you can open Layers window after playing an action or painting with brush, and create a variety of snow effects adjusting each individual layer’s blending mode or opacity, you can fine-tune each action to fit your personal needs. Combine different effects (on different layers), change opacity, brushes sizes, combine layers, be creative as much as you can. Image resolution/size is also affect the final result.
