Which version of Photoshop is required?

We are currently developing for Photoshop CC; however, many of our customers use CS3, CS4 and CS5 without any problems. Anyway this action uses advanced camera raw filter, accordingly Photoshop CC is required. We still recommend getting the latest version if possible.
This action is multi language?

Our Action are developed with multi language method. Anyway for best results, English version is highly recommended.
