The Neon text effect is a set of photoshop actions that change your custome text or object into the glossy neons with source of light inside. To use these actions properly on text layer, it is recomended to download a free font: “neon 80s” from this side: http://www.fontspace.com/essqu%C3%A9-productions/neon-80s. You can use diferent font but it has to meet some requirements.
